RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback to see how we can resolve the issue together. I cannot be responsible for lost/broken items in the mail if insurance HAS NOT been purchased. To keep shipping costs low, the default method of shipping is the fastest and most cost effective but DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE - it is up to you to add this service if you feel it is necessary. Insurance costs differ depending on the destination, please let me know if you would like to add this and I can get a quote for you. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please send a photograph of what you received so I can assess the damage for a partial/full refund.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please read all descriptions carefully before submitting your order. All cancellations are subject to a $5 CAD processing fee - NO exceptions, even if your order has not yet been processed for dispatch. This fee is NOT coming from me, they are fees incurred through Etsy with processing the initial payment and subsequent refund.

WRONG ADDRESS:
A $5 CAD processing fee applies (for US orders) and $12 CAD processing fee applies (for Canadian orders) if the shipping address provided was incorrect and your order has already been dispatched. This fee is NOT coming from me, it is carried onto you as a processing cost required by my 3rd party shipping company.

A NEW order needs to be placed plus a the above processing fee if you need your order shipped with standard delivery times - the previous order will be refunded minus initial shipping costs ONLY IF the original order is returned to me. Note that rejected parcels are NOT a priority to the postal companies and can take several months to be returned to the sender.

If you have time, we can wait for the post office to process and return the package. Upon receipt of the original package, I will contact you for re-shipment.

A refund for the product price cannot be issued unless the original parcel is returned to me - please note that shipping costs for the original parcel cannot be refunded as it is a service that has already been performed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will refund/issue a store credit for your purchase (minus shipping) upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition.
