Great looking pair of mod travertine marble animal bookends likely from the 1970's. Simple shape in these very stylized giraffes. The warmth and texture of the stone adds to the beauty of these bookends. Objects made of travertine were usually made in Italy by Cerri Nestore, Enzo Mari, or the Fratelli Manelli. I have not been able to make an attribution on this piece. No sticker or marks.

Bookends are in good vintage condition with no damage. Travertine is a porous stone and there are areas on the bookends that show more texture than other. Each bookend measures 2 1/2" wide, 6 1/4" long, 7" tall.

I ship to the US via Priority Mail with tracking unless otherwise noted. If you would like another method of shipping, please contact me.

International customers, please read my shipping policies and contact me for a shipping quote.

Thank you.
