In vintage / antique condition with general wear from use and age.
Covers have shelf wear especially around edges and spine
End paper in front has previous owners name and what looks like a pencil drawing - the next page has a label with name from someone else - toning of paper from age.
I found some pages with underlining
Stored in smoke free area and no unpleasant odor. Suitable for reading.
