I received the correct size however too small. Customer service was great and is exchanging the jacket for me. Quality of jacket is beautiful

The coat came in a tiny package and was all wrinkly when i unboxed it. the fur isnt real, its flat and does not look like the picture at all. its pretty bad quality. i contacted the customer service and all i get are excuses. i want a full refund. this is not worth almost 200€.

The furr will be Artificial it's already written in the description. We received the article back from you and already had refunded your funds. About the article that you had sent us back. We still are trying to figure out that what is wrong with it. It matches all the description in the photos as well as it looks the same.
