Can you recommend a printing company?

I am based in the UK and I have a separate print shop selling the wall prints. Can you change the font, remove an image etc?

In most cases I can change the colour of the font used, the style of the font and even change it to a metallic or glitter effect. If there is a part of the design you do not like I should be able to remove it and change it to something else. I have full control over every element of my designs, so if you are looking for something a little different to what you see please just drop me a message and I will be super happy to help! What are your opening hours?

I am based in the UK but I am lucky enough to serve customers all over the world. I may not reply to your message straight away if you contact me during the night UK time, but I do try my best to respond up to 10pm UK time. Working hours Mon-Fri - 9am-9pm Sat-Sun - Urgent custom orders and messages only I do work on weekends mainly to finalise custom designs in a timely manner and I do respond to messages but please keep in mind the response time may be slower.

Is there a limit to the times I can download my template?

Please note there is a fair usage limit of times you can download your template (that is DOWNLOAD, you can print it as many times as you need)- The limit is set at 15 to prevent my templates being used unfairly. Please contact me if you need to download more times than this and I will access your templett account to grant you more downloads, as long as my template is being used as intended :-) This means for instance I don't allow an invitation template to also be used as a sign, thank you card, additional insert etc as I already sell these items in my shop. If you are already buying a number of items from me then I can provide a discount code and also extra leniency on how my templates are used, but please get in touch to ask. Thank you!
