How To Clean Sea Moss?
Here's how to do it in four simple steps:

🌊 Sea Moss Preparation:

👉 Step 1: Inspect and Rinse
Thoroughly inspect your sea moss for debris and remove any you find. Rinse the sea moss 3-4 times with lime, a natural method, and rinse with cold water, ideally using spring water.
👉 Step 2: Hydrate
Place the seamoss in a bowl or container. Fill the bowl with spring water until the organic sea moss is completely covered. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8-24 hours.
👉 Step 3: Blend
After the sea moss has hydrated it will be soft and double in size, remove it from the water and place it in a blender. Add water as needed to create an applesauce consistency. Blend until the desired smooth consistency is achieved.
👉 Step 4: Store
Once blended, pour the sea moss gel into a container and refrigerate. The gel will last up to 4 weeks when refrigerated or up to 3 months when frozen.

Remember that 1 ounce of irish moss can make approximately one 16-ounce jar of sea moss gel, making it cost-effective. Enjoy!
