If you have your own mirror or sign that you are wanting to use for your special day, the Vinyl-Only option is perfect for you. We can customize to fit whatever size your surface is and can personalize the wordings to match. If you have a picture of your mirror, we can also send you your proof on your picture to make sure the fonts look according to how you want. The vinyl-only option will come ready to apply with transfer tape - all you need to do is peel and apply to the wedding sign surface. Feel free to send us a message with any questions.

This elegant, custom wedding accent presents itself in the popular ‘arch shape’ and is decorated with timeless fleurons on the bottom left and right corners as well as a larger fleuron on top center. The frame is coated with metallic gold paint that has micro-shimmers that beautifully reflect light when placed in or near the sun. The team at Magnolia Dreams loves creating beautiful, custom signage for brides of all aesthetics. With that being said, we are always open to trying new fonts and designs, so send us a message if you have questions about if an inspiration picture is in our wheelhouse. If you are in love with one of our existing designs, you are free to order without messaging us. We will be sending you a proof of what your mirror will look like. After the proof has been approved by you, we begin creating the mirror. However, if you are in a time crunch before your wedding or event, please message us and we will gladly try to work with you. All of this depends on our current workload and orders placed before yours.

Each order is hand-packaged with shipping supplies that were customized to suit the needs of the individual product. However, sometimes there are instances where a mirror will break during delivery. In this case, Magnolia Dreams will replace and ship your mirror for no additional charge and submit a claim on your behalf. In order to receive a replacement mirror, the request must be made 48 hours after the tracking number shows that the order was delivered. Please message us as soon as possible so we can send you the form to submit a damage claim with our shipping provider.

In the event that your order arrives the week of your wedding and you need a replacement ASAP, Magnolia Dreams will ship you a complimentary mirror with expedited shipping. We do reserve the right to give you a refund if it's just NOT possible to get it to you in time (truly the worst case scenario).

🅰️ Due to the recent demand for proofs, we now offer proofs only to customers that have a finalized order. If you are concerned about the layout of the mirror or your font choice, we provide unlimited edits and revisions for every order so that your mirror can look exactly how you would like.

❔Can I reuse this mirror after our wedding?
🅰️ Yes! All of the writing is created with vinyl that can easily be removed after your wedding day. Please message us with questions about how to remove it!

❔Do you offer bundles?
🅰️ Yes, we offer bundles for those wanting to purchase multiple mirrors. Please message us with the mirrors you are wanting to bundle and we will be happy to send you a custom listing.

❔What fonts do you have? Can I use my own fonts?
🅰️ We have a list of fonts that were created just for Magnolia Dreams, and you may notice that they are named after our friends and family. If you have a specific wedding brand or invitation suite, we are more than happy to work within your existing fonts and may even be willing to purchase a font on your behalf if needed!

Due to Etsy’s order fulfillment policy, we are required to fulfill orders in a specific timeframe. If we do not receive approval for your proof, we will give you a warning with a final time frame to approve it.
