By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet these age requirements. 2. Returns & Refunds Please review our No Return/No Refund Policy before purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer’s remorse.

Handmade Nature & Color Variance Unique Craftsmanship: All items are handmade. As such, slight variations in size, shape, and design are inherent to the crafting process and should be expected. Items may not be identical to the product photographs. Color Accuracy: We strive to represent colors accurately in our photos. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions.

Policy Summary: Shipping & Returns

All Sales Final: No refunds or returns are accepted. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing. Dispatch Time: Packages are shipped within 2 weeks or less business days of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing. Liability: We package all items with care. However, we are not liable for errors, delays, or loss caused by the carrier after the item is dispatched. Post-Delivery: Once marked "Delivered," the buyer assumes all risk. Issues such as theft, wrong address, or missed pickups must be resolved directly with the local Post Office.

No Refund / No Return Policy

Please read our policy carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: Hygiene Reasons: All wearable items (e.g., hair accessories, tails). Delivery Issues: Lost packages, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, missed deliveries, or unclaimed packages. Change of Mind: Buyer’s remorse or ordering errors. Items must be returned in perfect, original condition.

Cont. Returns and Refunds Policy

Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition, a partial refund will be issued to cover the loss of value.

Undelivered or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived, please notify us right away. Note that our responsibility ends once the item is successfully handed to the "USPS". We are not liable for packages lost, undelivered, or damaged while in the carrier's possession. For delivery issues, please contact your local Post Office directly. We guarantee that all items are shipped on time and in perfect condition.

Undelivered Package Investigations & Fraud Policy

False Non-Receipt Claims: Knowingly claiming that a package was not received to obtain a refund constitutes fraud. If the item was shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), this act is classified as mail fraud, a federal offense. Legal Consequences: Individuals who file false claims may face severe penalties, including criminal charges, substantial fines, potential incarceration, and a permanent criminal record. Such actions are considered obtaining money under false pretenses. Reporting Protocol: All suspected cases of fraud are reported to the local Postmaster and formally investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). We cooperate fully with law enforcement to prosecute mail theft and fraud.

Highlights

Made by DesignsbyGitana

These adorable puppy ears and tail are made with soft luxury long pile faux fur

Size:
Puppy ears are approximately 5" to 6" inches tall when standing, there are fully posable and wired, slide along the headband to fit any size head. The style of the ears are pointed tip.

🎀Bows are removable.

Tail size approximately 24" inches long. The tail comes with a two elastic stripe at the base so you can attach to a belt or feed any ribbon tie or safety pin through.

Toy faux fur bone size approximately: 7" inches long x 5" inches wide, made with faux fur and inside have a 1 .5" inches diameter squeaker. Embellish with a bow, you can select if you want a bow on it or not from dropbox.

HOW TO MOVE THE EARS:

To move the ears, what you have to do is with your fingers pinch the wire on one of the corner of the ear and carefully move that corner, repeat the same with the other edge. Once they can move properly, slide the ears carefully in the headband up and down to adjust it to the desired position. "DO NOT" pull the ears to move them, because you can damage the wire.

Note: Sometimes the wire stock and is a little hard to move them because the thickness of the headband is not perfect all around, but doing what I told you can move it.
If you have any problem or question let me know.

There are great for puppy costume, cosplay, fairs, conventions, parties, Halloween and gifts.
