We are currently revising all our molds to avoid having the typical surface finish that results from 3D printing.
The surface of this mold does not have the usual 3D printed grain but is almost smooth; however, the following note still applies.

Our silicone molds are manufactured in a multi-stage process, in which the negative mold, into which the silicone is poured, is created using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. However, it is important to note that the surface texture of both the 3D-printed negative mold and the resulting cast parts has a unique grain pattern typical of 3D printing.

3D printing technology works layer by layer, resulting in a fine layered structure on the surface of the negative mold. This texture is also present in the cast silicone parts. Although the surface structure does not have the conventional smoothness expected from traditional molds, it still offers the highest precision and level of detail.

The characteristic grain can, in some cases, even lend a unique aesthetic appeal and give the cast parts an individual touch. We pride ourselves on using innovative manufacturing processes to produce high-quality silicone molds that meet our customers' requirements.
