You can find it on your purchases page here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Keep in mind that digital downloads are not on the app and only show up when on the full Etsy website! If you click the link and the app keeps automatically opening, copy and paste the link into your mobile browser.

🩵 Do these images work on other tv types?

Yes! Everything in my shop can work on any tv with a 16:9 ratio that has art display capabilities! *Please be familiar with your own personal device. I am able to offer courtesy IT support for the Frame Tv only, since that is what I have at home*

🩵 Can I print these?

No, they are all meant for digital display only and not suitable for printing. However, I can often custom format for printing! Just reach out to see if it would work with the particular piece you have your eye on!

🩵 Oh no! My tv isn't letting me display the art full screen! What should I do?

The forced mat border is a very common glitch in the Tv, especially when too many images are uploaded at once or your TV's app hasn't been updated in a while. Luckily, reuploading the affected image(s) on an updated app a few at a time always does the trick! All Frame Tv art has to be formatted to exactly 3840 x 2160 px to have the full screen option available which all my images are. I would also check on your phone or computer to make sure you downloaded the images at full resolution (3840x2160px) just in case! Let me know if you need help finding where that size data info is on your device :) Also make sure your TV's app is fully updated!

1. create a new folder in your camera roll albums called Frame TV
2. go to your television's app
3. select your TV device
4. select "Art mode"
5. connect Frame TV to the same wifi network as your phone
6. select "Add Your Photos"
7. find your new Frame TV album
8. go to the new print and select it
9. Choose the mat option you prefer
10. click “Set On Frame”
