Description

The Penelope vintage rosette headband features one handmade, satin rosette and one stunning hand-singed satin and taffeta flower along with ivory English lace, feathers and birdcage netting. It is embellished with hand sewn ivory, glass pearls and a rhinestones that adds sparkle and vintage elegance. Attached to an elastic headband, lined with felt for comfort and durability. **(Color shown is vintage beige)


Headband sizes:
One size thin elastic headband or it can be made on a clip


WARNING: Most items contain small parts and children should always be supervised while wearing them. Infants should never be allowed to use the headband as a chew toy or sleep with it on.

Care instructions: Due to the delicate nature of the item, it should never be washed. Spot clean ONLY.



**Please note that all headbands are custom made to order and the feathers and roses may vary slightly. Stones may vary depending on stock. As always, it will be made beautifully and with care!

EXCHANGES/RETURNS (Domestic/International customers): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST convo me for approval on the exchange or return before sending the package. If not, we will not process the exchange or refund.

**Refunds will exclude the original shipping charge.

No refunds on custom orders, unless we made an error in crafting. In which case, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or exchange. Otherwise, I will do an exchange only.
