Erna Fergusson's "Mexican Cookbook" is a respected Southwest cooking classic. The author was one of the founders of the Albuquerque Historical Society.

This is a softbound 1967 seventh printing of this popular title, which was first printed in 1934. The text is accompanied by striking black and white art by Li Browne.

"104 authentic recipes for famous Mexican dishes, sauces, and dressings." There are seven complete menus for traditional Mexican dinners.

Learn to make traditional recipes, like posole, carne de marrano y chile, tortillas, empanadas, and roasted corn soup.

Book is in good+ condition with a mild crease to the front cover corner and two small chips on the back cover (see photo 4). Tight, square binding. No food stains or owners' marks.
