I was looking for something Berkeley-related for a long time, but all I could usually find was either related to Cal/campus, or a stylized map of the city. Those are nice but I really wanted something special. This was exactly what I was looking for. It's unmistakably Berkeley but doesn't use the campanile as the focal point (unlike 95% of other Berkeley images I found). It's such a nice work of art, and the print has a high-quality feel to it. It came with some nice cards with the artist's bio and backstory which was a nice touch. I was hooked when I saw it on Etsy and it looks even better in person. I highly recommend it!
I moved away from Berkeley a couple of years ago, and I miss it so much. I am so happy I found this paintings of the hills I used to wander around. It was such a magical time, and I see having this on my wall as an expression of my nostalgia for the time I spent in Berkeley and my love for the city.
I am so in love with this. The Berkeley hills means so much to me and the print quality is gorgeous. Shipping was quick and the art was packaged with care! 🤍
Sent this to my parents as a housewarming gift since they moved to the Berkeley hills. They were thrilled with it, and loved knowing the backstory on the artist. Print shipped when it was scheduled to, and arrived safely. All in all a great experience!!
