That means you need to choose the one that best fits the frame you want to use. The most common aspect ratios for frames are 5:4, 4:3, 3:2, 1:1 and International Paper Size (A4, A3, A2, A1).

A ZIP file is a set of files compressed into a single file. We use this kind of files when the original file format is not supported by Etsy upload browser or when there are too many files available for download (Etsy just allows to upload five files for each listing).
To open ZIP files and have access to your files, just double-click on it and let your computer show the files contained inside. In most operating systems (including Windows and Mac), ZIP files are handled internally without the need for any extra software.
