“I had a horrendous experience with this seller. I received a custom sink that was damaged and was told I had to pay for the return shipping (on a heavy 36" marble sink!) to get a replacement or I could get a partial refund to keep the unusable sink which I disposed of weeks ago. I have filed a complaint with ETSY and DHL. Be very cautious!!!”

Dear flying451, Thank you for your feedback. At MarbleSinkCo, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom marble products and ensuring customer satisfaction. When you reported a minor shipping defect, we immediately offered fair solutions, including a free replacement or a refund upon return or proper disposal. However, the sink was installed and used, yet you still requested a full refund. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our handcrafted products. While we regret that none of our solutions were acceptable, this review does not reflect the honesty and transparency we provide, as seen in the positive experiences of our many satisfied customers. For further assistance, feel free to contact us. Thank you, MarbleSinkCo Team
