Custom and personalised orders

Custom and personalised order requests are always welcome. Contact me with any questions or requirements you may have.

Where possible I have included basic sizing details in my item descriptions. If there is a sizing detail that you would like more information on please feel free to contact me and I will help where I can.

Toys If you find they ever need cleaning I recommend hand washing my toy creations in warm soapy water and leaving to dry naturally. Most of my toy items are made using cotton yarn with polyester fibre filling and cope perfectly well with a long soak in warm water. Bathroom Accessories My bathroom products, such as my wash clothes and face scrubbies, are made from 100% cotton and are suitable for machine washing at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.

Larger items postage and packaging

I send all my larger items via a tracked delivery service, so you will be able to receive feedback from the courier as to when your parcel will be delivered and make alternative arrangements if you won't be available to take delivery. Where a delivery charge is shown, this is for your entire order rather than per item, meaning you only pay one delivery charge even if you purchase multiple items in a single order. My creations are sent to you in fully recyclable cardboard and paper packaging for you to reuse or recycle.

All my soft toys are tested to and compliant with EN 71 toy safety standards and CE and UKCA certified. All soft toys sold in the UK must meet EN 71 safety requirements, passing physical, flammability and chemical tests. There must also be a UKCA or CE mark on the toy or packaging to indicate these tests have been carried out and that the toy is safe to give to children.

Greetings cards postage

As standard I send out all my cards using Royal Mail 2nd class post to keep costs for my customers as low as possible. However, Royal Mail is in the process of changing its 2nd class letter deliveries to every other weekday (Monday-Friday). This means your order may now take a little longer to arrive than it would have previously. Please order early to allow for any delays and avoid disappointment as delivery dates displayed by Etsy are estimates only and are unfortunately out of my control. If you do however require your order sooner I offer a choice of upgraded delivery options for an additional charge. Royal Mail Tracked 48 with an estimated time of 2 to 3 working days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 with an estimated time of 1 working day.
