Custom and personalised orders

We do accept custom requests! If you see something you like, but want it in a different size or color, just message us! Is there something you want but you don't see it here, we can probably make it for you, just message us! See something you like, but want to make a modification? Yep, we can do that. Just message us! Custom orders will require a longer processing time. We will let you know an estimate when we discuss the specifics of your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package all our orders as carefully as we can. We care about our planet, so occasionally we will reuse and recycle clean boxes or bubble wrap if they are available. Any new boxes we purchase are made from recycled material. Our business cards are printed on recycled paper. We always try to package your order attractively. But if you want it for a gift, just let us know, and we will take care to make it extra special. We can also include a message from you at no additional charge.

Processing and Delivery Times

Your items will be made when you order. Each item will have an estimated processing time. Please notice this when ordering. If you place a large order, we may require extra processing time, as we are just a husband and wife team. If this is the case, we will let you know immediately. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Once we have processed and created your order, we will mail it to you. You will receive a notice that your item has been shipped. We cannot control the postal service or guarantee their delivery times, but can give you an estimate based on their typical delivery times.

Order $35 of items, and your shipping in the US is free! We ship by first-class mail, unless the total weight when packaged is over 1 pound, in which case it will be sent by priority mail.

Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order. If an item is defective when you receive it, send me pictures and detailed information within seven days so that I can authorize a refund or exchange at my expense. You must return the item within 7 days of return authorization. I try to provide detailed descriptions of my items, and you are encouraged to contact me with any questions prior to purchase.

Tracking says my item was delivered, but it isn't here. What now?

When a package with a tracking number says it has been delivered to you, and you report the package is missing, we suggest you look in the bushes, in the garage, anywhere the package may have been placed or have fallen. If not there, contact your neighbors. Often packages are mis-delivered. If that fails, contact your local post office. They can use the tracking number to find the exact GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. If they determine it actually was delivered to your home, but it isn't there, it may have been stolen off your porch. If so, contact the police and file a report. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for missing packages that tracking shows were successfully delivered to you.
