Custom and personalised orders

-Personalised Listings- We have a range of personalised and customisable listings available. Please check that you have provided all the necessary information so we can make your orders as quickly as possible for you. -Custom Orders- Please message us to discuss a custom order. Whether you would like to slightly change sizing, change up an embroidery design or even something completely different let us know so we can work with you to create a custom listing. -Made to Order- Many of our items are made to order and so our production times may vary depending on how many orders we receive. We will always try to get your items shipping out as soon as possible. See our shop announcement for up to date information on our processing times.

UK- 2nd Class Post Update

Royal Mail have recently changed the way they process 2nd class post. It is now process every other day (set days vary) and not at all on weekends. This means that our standard 2nd class post option is taking a little longer to get through Royal Mails system. Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to arrive. 48hr and 24hr tracked options are available as upgrades at checkout. We recomomend selecting these if purchasing on a deadline or for extra peace of mind as these are fully tracked services. Please feel free to reach out if you have any issues and I will do my best to assist. Thank you for your understanding.

Care instructions vary between our items however we would recommend just a wipe cleaning or lightly handwashing our items unless we have specified differently with you order. Please contact us for further details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

-Gift Wrapping- We will happily add gift notes to your order at no extra cost. We also offer gift wrapping from just £1, if selected your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with cotton cord. -Packaging- The majority of our packaging is widely recyclable and we our working towards making our packaging completely eco-friendly whilst not wasting what we already have in stock.

Colours and Placement

Due to differences in lighting and monitor brightness' colours may vary from the images on the listings. Please contact us if you would like more images to get a better idea of the products true colours. Pattern Placement- Pattern placement on our products may vary from the images shown as each item is completely unique. Please message us for further details.

-UK Orders- Small Items (Bookmarks/Keychains) - Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, upgrade for tracked Medium Items (Totes/Cake Toppers/Bundles) - 48hr tracked as standard, upgrade for 24hr tracked Evri next day also available as an upgrade (Only available mainland GB excl. highlands) -International Orders- All orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked shipping as standard. This service does include door to door tracking. -Current Estimated Delivery Times- UK- Upgraded- 1-3 business days Standard- 2-5 business days INTERNATIONAL- Standard- 3-14 business days (Depending upon country) Please note that these are estimates only- shipping can take anywhere up 6 weeks- upgrade to expedited services for extra piece of mind.

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.
