Your coat is carefully packed in a protective bag and additionally in a thick garment bag (which can be used for storage later on) to protect the coat during transportation.
This item will be shipped in up to 12 days after your order is placed (if the size is not in stock or any adjustments will be needed), and if the size is available - up to 2 days. We can speed up the production process upon request if the order is urgent.
When shipping we declare all items as a gift and at a low value in order to save customs hassles and delays (for EU countries). For some counties, we can eliminate the customs completely, and for some partly.

Timeframes:
USA: 1-3 weeks, depending on the state.
Canada: 1-3 weeks.
Australia: 2-4 weeks.
Europe: 7-20 days.
Scandinavia: 10-20 days.

We also offer Fedex express shipping to the US and UPS express to other countries.

All our fabrics are hand-picked. We reject all offers to buy fabrics on which you can "make easy money” - nice appearance, affordable BUT poor quality.
When choosing us, you buy a product that in terms of the quality of materials and workmanship is not inferior to any luxury brand coat, in fact, most of our fabrics (as well as lining) are stock fabrics of those brands. For a very reasonable price, of course :)

During the production process, every detail is verified to be sure every single stitch and element is correct. A team of 20 seamstresses, step by step create your coat in hand to provide the best quality product possible.

We have a piece of fabric attached to every produced coat so you can do a test for fabric wool content by yourself.
When you light up high wool content fabric it:
- burns, doesn't melt
- strongly smells of burning hair or feathers
- stops burning after being removed from the fire
- residue: black hollow bead that can be crushed to black powder

We are a small family-operated business from Ukraine, and our constant challenge is to keep our products of high-end quality. All our fabric is picked religiously among all options available in the market. Wool coats are always a minimum of 80% wool, most of the time we get stock fabric from luxury world-known retailers. The quantity of each product is often extremely limited and usually doesn't restock after being sold out, because there is a little supply that we get so you could enjoy a beautiful, high-quality coat or suit for a reasonable price.
Our customers enjoy our products because every order is discussed individually, and the size is carefully picked according to customers' individual parameters to ensure our product would fit perfectly.
Despite the fact that we are not an atelier, we are able to do basic customization, such as altering the length, adding a belt, etc.

We have 20 years of experience and are constantly improving our styles and quality of tailoring. It is a difficult process so the processing time sometimes could be not as fast as desired. Every product is made by hand by a team of professionals to make sure our quality competes with luxury brands.
