Step One: Design Consult

Establish a connection with me about the items you wish to customize.
Mia Thompson, the lead designer, and artist, will work together with you to explore your ideas, designs, and preferred placement for your accessory. Alongside this, you will receive a chart displaying swatch options, samples of fonts, as well as an Initial Form and the Grace Alexander Studio Waiver.

Step Two: Shipping/Once ordered, I will send you my shipping address

Step Three: Painting and Receiving

Upon design confirmation, Artist Mia Thompson will skillfully bring your bespoke artwork to life using top-tier
leather paints, ensuring that your piece remains durable over time. We do not replicate the work of other artists.
While we are open to drawing inspiration from designs you admire, we do not provide exact duplicates. Please
allow 3-5 weeks or less after design approval for your custom piece to be completed. Once completed, your item
will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you free of charge. We will provide you with a shipping and tracking
number, enabling you to monitor the journey of your package.

Grace Alexander Studios/NaptimeCreations will not replace any product due to error or mishap.  All work is hand done and all sales final.  If the provided product is damaged do to mishap from GAS/NC services paid by customer may be refunded but not the cost of the product provided.  Any damaged product will be shipped back to customer as GAS/NC expense.  I feel confident in the work I will be able to provide but things do happen with any hand painted product.
