Elsewhere - Allow up to 2 weeks

Please note that there may be exceptions to both the production time and delivery time during busy holiday seasons, but everything will be done to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Returns + Refunds: Due to the product being printed to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective.
Any defective items need to be reported to myself with photos included that clearly show the fault. I can then forward these to my printing partner, who will organize a replacement. It's unlikely that you will have to return the defective item.

The shirt is fabulous. My granddaughter is in her 2nd year of Cello lessons and was so excited to receive such a fun gift. The wording was in her favorite colors, so we couldn't go wrong. I had ordered something else and was charged but no contact after that. Never heard anything and I opened a case with ETSY and they just refunded my money. No info at all. So Chris really stepped up and became my hero, getting this to me crazy fast!! I am so happy with this shirt and the smile on my granddaughter's face. Oh, and her music teacher loved it, too!!
