SIGN DETAILS

The 9" x 12" sign features a Golden Alexander plant (Zizia aurea) feeding an Eastern Black Swallowtail caterpillar and butterfly (Papilio polyxenes). Golden Alexander is a spring-blooming plant that is native to the eastern United States. Its brilliant yellow flowers feed numerous pollinators and it is a host plant for the Black Swallowtail.

— Hanging: sign has a hole on the top and bottom to secure to a garden stake with screws or to hang with zip ties.

Garden stake is NOT included. We recommend 3-foot-long wood or metal stakes. For wood stakes, drill a 3/16" pilot hole in the stake and use a 1.5 inch screw with #10 washers and nuts.
