Can I return my case for a refund?

We do not accept returns. Due to our minimum waste policy, we do not accept returns as our products are not mass produced and are custom made. However, if the product came to you with an error or defect caused by us, we will send you a new product free of charge. All you need to do is to take a few photos that clearly show the defect of the product and send them to us

What is the difference between the Slim-Elegant case and the Tough-Durable case?

For those looking for a protective and durable option, we recommend the Tough Case. It consists of two parts: a black rubber component that wraps around your phone, and a separate shell featuring our design. The Slim Case, on the other hand, is a slim, hard plastic shell that snaps securely onto your phone. While it offers some protection, it is more focused on enhancing the aesthetics, especially as it does not cover the top and bottom.

When will my order be dispatched?

All our items are crafted on demand and typically take an average of 1-4 working days for preparation before dispatch. However, to ensure ample time, please allow up to 7 days.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong address or details to ship to?

If your delivery address changes, kindly notify us as soon as possible (within 2 hours of purchase) with the correct delivery address. This allows us to update the information before processing and dispatching your order. Should your order be at an advanced stage of processing or already dispatched, it becomes your responsibility to collect the parcel from the dispatched address. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier, and you will be fully responsible for the cost of resending the package to you. i messaged the seller to ask if it was possible to get a custom printed case! the seller was incredibly friendly and helpful, responded fast and they even sent me mockups of what the finished case would look like. the case is incredible- the print is clear and vibrant and exactly what i had envisioned, the case is thick and sturdy and the buttons are still easy to press! the shipping was fast as well. i could not be more satisfied with my order, and i will definitely order again in the future! thank you so, so much 🩵🩵
