All clothing items should be washed INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Tumble dry on LOW or hang to dry. Do not iron the decoration (printed area). Failure to follow these instructions could result (although very rare) in the design on your item to flake off. Endeavor Goods is NOT responsible for customer's failure to follow these instructions. Refunds are not given for items where the care info was not followed.

I haven't received my item, but tracking says it was delivered.

The first steps is to contact your local post office and your neighbors to see if the package can be located. If you are unable to find the package after 7 days, please file a case with USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Some items may be eligible for a replacement or refund once you've taken the above steps. Please contact me for more information. IMPORTANT: No orders will be eligible for replacement or refund once 30 days has passed from the day the tracking was marked "delivered"

Do you sell your designs as an SVG or PNG?

No. All designs are created by Endeavor Goods and we hold the copyright. We do not authorize the reproduction or reselling of our artwork on any platform whether commercial or personal, including for home production.

I accidentally typed in the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Customers are responsible for adding the correct address to their order. After 24 hours, the address can not be changed. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing facility. Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

How are your shirts printed? Are they vinyl or screen printed?

Actually all my garments (shirts, sweatshirts, etc) are printed using "Direct To Garment" or DTG printing. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment- allowing my designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! DTG does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly). DTG printing has a slightly different texture than screen printing and you'll still be able to see the individual fibers in the shirt compared to a screen print where the print dries on top of the fibers.
