Leather is a natural material and all marks , deep lines l and textural variations are completely normal.

If your bag gets wet, wipe with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight .

We recommend using a leather balsam or leather conditioner which will keep your leather supple with a beautiful shine .

Please advise a local leather store for care products .

This is my 3rd Laroll bag; I also own the medium-sized ones in grey (lt blue lining) and black (dk blue lining). Even tho' they were more expensive than I would normally spend, in this case I would happily do it again. They are every bit as good as they claim; real leather, fine craftsmanship, even the interior pockets are placed so that everything I need to keep organized fits perfectly in place. (This has long been a bane of my existence; every purse I have previously owned had pockets that were never big enough, or they were too few.) And I might add that, having used Klarna to pay for them, and having recently paid them all in FULL, I am now the proud and happy owner of the best purses I have carried in many years. If I ever want another bag, I will seriously consider coming back to this seller. FIVE STARS*****

This purse was more expensive than I normally would spend, but surprisingly, it was worth every penny! The size is exactly right for me; I love the 2-handles option; I love the huge interior pockets most of all. The construction is exactly how I would expect a well-made bag to be: real leather, expert seams that are not torn (as some online purchased purses have been in my experience)...and happily, they came several days before expected, which was a very happy surprise! (I ordered this grey one, with light blue interior; also the black, same size, with dark blue interior.) All in all, if I could I would give them TEN STARS!!! *****(*****) ...and I would be very happy to do so!
