How long will it take to receive my order?

Your pillows are made-to-order so we ship within 5-7 business days and current lead time for delivery is 3-12 business days, depending on your location. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, although due to occasional carrier shipping delays beyond our control, you may see longer than normal delivery times.

What size insert will fit my pillow cover best?

For a full pillow, we suggest an insert 2" larger than your square pillow cover. Lumber pillows are made slightly smaller (1"), so an insert of the same size will fit beautifully. For example, a 20"x20" pillow cover --> fits a 22"x22" pillow insert. A 14"x20" lumbar pillow cover --> fits a 14"x20" pillow insert.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges. Custom orders are a final sale. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Thank you!

Will I be charged extra duties/fees/tariffs upon delivery of my order?

All of our pricing is duties and fees inclusive for all customers. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery of your order.
