Vintage Minnie Mouse Plush – Disney Original, Polka Dot Dress

Calling all Disney and Minnie Mouse fans ... this is a plush Minnie Mouse in a red and white polka dot outfit and bow.

She still has her blue plastic tag that says "A Disney Original". There's another tag with material contents
which identifies this from Disneyland in Burbank, CA. Product of Korea.

Good clean vintage condition. The elastic has stretched in the back of her dress and is no longer snug. Indeed, there's a little spot on her back and I wonder if the back of her dress was originally attached at that spot. However, this isn't noticeable from the front, and could be easily remedied with a few stitches or safety pin.

Sitting, which appears to be her intended position, she measures approximately 10.5 inches tall.

This plush is probably best used as decoration and a shelf sitter.

Minnie Mouse is an animated, anthropomorphic mouse character created by Walt Disney. Typically partnered with her best friend, Daisy Duck, Minnie has headlined her own cartoons, such as in Mickey Mouse Works, Minnie's Bow-Toons and Electric Holiday. Paul Rudish's series of shorts sought to develop Minnie's comedy by highlighting her impulsivity and spunk while maintaining her endearing demeanor.
