Gift wrapping and packaging

While we do not currently offer gift wrapping, we’re happy to include a personalized gift message with your order. Your message will be printed on white shimmer cardstock with a subtle watermark of the purchased item’s image, making it a thoughtful addition to your gift.

Can I request a custom or personalized item?

Yes. Fernville Creations accepts custom and personalized orders for select products, including ornaments, coasters, tempered glass cutting boards, serving trays, towels, and other gift items. Please message us before ordering if you need a custom design, logo, business artwork, name, date, or special layout. For best results, please provide a high-resolution image or artwork file. We will let you know if the image quality is suitable for production.

What image or artwork quality do you need for custom orders?

You may submit AI-generated or custom artwork only if you have the right to use it commercially. By submitting artwork to Fernville Creations, you confirm that you created it, own it, or have permission to use it on physical products. We cannot reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, branded, licensed, or protected images unless you provide proof that you have the right to use them.

Will I receive a proof before my custom order is made?

For custom orders, we may provide a digital mockup or layout proof when needed. Production begins after the design details are confirmed. Please review spelling, dates, names, image placement, and product size carefully, as custom items are made specifically for your order.

Are custom or personalized items returnable?

Custom, seasonal, and personalized items are made specifically for you and are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order so we can help.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Most Fernville Creations items are made to order and typically ship within the processing time shown on the listing. During busy seasons, especially October through December, production may take longer. Ordering early is recommended for holiday gifts and custom projects.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. Fernville Creations offers wholesale and bulk ordering for select products, including ceramic ornaments, ceramic coasters, tempered glass cutting boards, serving trays, towels, and small-batch handmade gift products. Retailers may also order through Faire. Please message us if you are interested in custom wholesale gift products, business-branded gifts, or seasonal product collections.

How should I care for my Fernville Creations products?

Care instructions vary by product: Ceramic coasters: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Ceramic ornaments: Handle with care and store wrapped or boxed when not in use. Tempered glass cutting boards and serving trays: Hand washing is recommended. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Towels: Machine wash cold or warm with mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, when international shipping is available through Etsy. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, or delivery requirements charged by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and international carrier delays.

I was disappointed in the material. It’s almost like velvet and probably not good for drying hands. It is a gift and the artwork is very nice- just as pictured. I assumed since it was a hand towel the material would be some sort of absorbent cotton. I’ll be more mindful in the future.
