What are Lightroom presets? What are the benefits of using Lightroom presets?

Lightroom presets are pre-made editing settings that apply a specific look to your photos with just a few clicks. They’re designed to create beautiful, cohesive, and polished imagery while saving you time during the editing process. Because every photo is different, your edit may need a few minor adjustments depending on factors like lighting, exposure, camera settings, etc. The instructions guide, included with your purchase, provides a few basic editing tips to help you get the most from your edit and achieve the look you’re after.

I'm new to Lightroom/photography, can I still use your presets? What comes with each preset collection?

Absolutely! Presets are designed to make editing simple, even if you have little to no previous editing experience. They can be used on all kinds of photos, including travel, lifestyle, friends and family, events, and more. Each preset collection includes both DNG and XMP files, along with a step-by-step installation and usage guide. Desktop presets are provided in the XMP format, which Adobe Lightroom adopted in 2018. For the best compatibility, I recommend using the latest version of Lightroom. If you're using an older version of Lightroom Classic, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

When and where will my products be available? What should I do if the link to my products doesn't open?

Your products will be available within a few moments after purchase! Etsy handles digital downloads automatically, and you can access your files through your Etsy account or the link in your Etsy receipt email. If the link in Etsy’s automated email doesn’t open, don’t worry! Simply log in to your Etsy account directly and go to Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files. There, you’ll find an embedded PDF that will take you to Dropbox. You do not need a Dropbox account or the app. Please note that Etsy does NOT allow downloads through the Etsy app. You can download your files using your mobile browser instead. If you have any trouble accessing your files, please message me and I’ll be happy to help!

Do I need to purchase Adobe software?

Mobile - The Lightroom mobile app is FREE for all users! Desktop - Yes, you will need to purchase a subscription from Adobe in order to use the presets.

Because our products are digital, all sales are final, as outlined in our shop policies and product descriptions. If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we’re happy to refund the duplicate purchase. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if an item isn’t the right fit, or if the product details, file types, compatibility, or contents differ from what you expected. Please review the product description before purchasing and reach out with any questions. If you’re unhappy with your edits, please reach out! We’re happy to help with editing tips to help you get the most out of your presets. For EU customers, digital downloads are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal once your download is available.
