All of our cards are professionally printed on premium, 100% Sustainable, Gloss card using high quailty, water-based inks. - Giclée printed - Using Toxic free, Water-based, High quality inks. - Cards are made from 100% Sustainable, 280gsm glossy, recyclable card. - All cards are 5x7 when folded - Vegan Friendly - Contain no animal products. - Includes a Matching Coloured or Kraft envelope (where available depending on stock) - All cards and packaging are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

What's printed inside the card?

All of our cards are blank inside for you to write your own message.

Can you write a message in the card for me and send direct to the recipient?

Yes, we can print messages inside the card for you and send it directly to your recipient. - You must however message us before you purchase, with your message. - Please do not leave custom messages in the buyers notes, as we don't read them. - This service is not available during the christmas period.

Can I get the design on the card edited or customised?

Please message us if you'd like a specific card design edited or customised. - We'll try our best to accommodate any requests, however some card designs cannot be customised. - Depending on the request and it's complexity, an additional fee might be required.

How are your cards packed?

- All Cards are sent out in a hard-backed shipping envelope with a "Do Not Bend" message - Each card is individually packaged inside a clear, protective biodegradable OPP sleeve, made from beetroots and potatoes!

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

- All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. - Any orders made on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders are estimated to arrive within these time frames: - UK orders take between 2-3 days to deliver but can take up to 5 days. - EU orders take between 3-5 days to deliver but can take up to 14 days. - U.S and Canada orders take between 5-10 days but can take up to 20 days. - Australia orders are a bit random, we've had customers who have received their orders in 5-10 days - However some orders have taken up to 30 days.

Which delivery service do you use?

UK: Royal Mail - RM48 (second class or 48hr) Ireland: Royal Mail International Standard USA + Canada: Royal Mail International Standard Tracked Australia: Royal Mail International Standard or FedEx P2P

Can I track my order?

Currently only some orders are available with tracking. This is completely dependent on your address and your order. You're welcome to send us a message and ask to see if there's tracking on your order, if there is, we'll supply you with a tracking link and number. At this moment in time, we do not update orders on etsy with tracking numbers.

What do I do if my shipping address is incorrect?

If you realise that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we kindly request that you immediately notify us by messaging us on Etsy. Not via email. Please provide your order number along with the new and correct shipping address. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to change the address, and we cannot provide a replacement or refund. In such cases, you will need to place a new order with the correct address. We want to emphasise that we are not liable for any errors made by the buyer in providing the shipping address. It is down to you, the customer to ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out.
