Custom and personalized orders

We do not do any custom orders as our show schedule is too busy to accommodate them. However, we do take Made to Order mug orders for our existing designs and current glazes from January through September (the holiday season is just too busy to juggle special orders). It costs $5 more and can take up to 2-3 months to complete. If you are interested please send us a message.

All our mugs are food, microwave and dishwasher safe. Good for hot or cold beverages. Lead free. Use them the same as you would any normal coffee mug.

This is our full time day job. Unfortunately, we can't do any trades, we have to pay the bills.

Variations (Color, Handedness, Etc)

Unless specified in the listing you may not receive the exact mug pictured, that includes handedness (everyone seems to have a different definition of handedness). We list our mugs by design and color. If you have concrete opinions on which way the design should face when held in a particular hand please contact us before you order to make sure the handedness you desire is in stock. Glaze colors are difficult to convey by digital media. We try very hard to get our pictures true to color, but due to the reflective and dynamic nature of glaze as well as the differences between monitor settings they may not be exact.

What if an item arrives broken?

Please make sure to inspect your item upon receipt. If any of our ware is damaged when you receive it please let us know immediately and we'll take care of you!

Why don't you use bubble wrap?

Because it's terrible. Seriously. We found that no matter how many layers of bubble wrap we use rims and handles always manage to find a space between the bubbles and break. Since switching to heavy indented kraft paper as our packaging material our breakage rate is almost zero. Also, it is recycled and recyclable!

Is there a discount on shipping multiple mugs?

Sadly, no. In the interest of getting each and every mug to its new home in one, solid, undamaged piece we ship each mug individually. We won't make exceptions on it. Too many tears have been shed.

Our mugs make great gifts, and they can be shipped to friends and family all over the world! If you are surprising a loved one with a mug please watch the tracking information! Check with them within a day or two that it was marked as delivered. It is much more likely to find lost mugs within the first couple days after delivery.

If your package has been marked 'delivered' but isn't at your home call your local post office as soon as possible. They have the resources to help you track down your package. Don't hesitate call them back a couple times. Sometimes it takes a few days to figure out what happened to your package. Do contact us and keep us apprised of the situation. Unfortunately, there is very little that we can do until the post office marks the delivery as lost.

Returns

• Please make sure to inspect your item upon receipt, even if it is a gift. We only accept returns within the 14 days after delivery. If any of our ware is damaged when you receive it or you are unhappy with it please let us know immediately and we'll take care of you!
• Shipping fees on returns or exchanges that are not related to damaged or flawed items are the buyer’s responsibility per the standard Etsy policy.
