My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact me upon receiving the package. I insure my items so there are some steps that have to be followed. *Please take photos of the damaged item and of the box with the post label showing, upon delivery. You can then send me the pictures through the Etsy messaging system. The post office may ask to see the item and the box so do not discard anything. I will contact the PO and ask if the item needs to be seen. I'll process your refund after the above steps have been completed. I might ask you to send it back to me if I can't be reimbursed. No worries, we will work together to fix the issue.

I'd like to return my item, what do I do?

If you would like to return the item due to a change of heart or fit, etc. Please send me a message telling me you will be returning the item. Return 14 days from the delivery date. Please provide me the tracking number when it has shipped back to me. Please take the same care I took in packing your item for the return trip. The return shipping is paid by you. If the item is not in original condition when it is returned to me the loss in value will be deducted from your refund. I will process your refund as soon as the package is back in my hands. The refund amount will be the item cost minus original shipping. If shipped w/ no charge, the total will be refunded.

Incorrect address, lost mail ,and theft

** Non-Deliverable Parcels ** Orders returned as non-deliverable to the customer provided address can be reshipped at an additional expense or refunded for product cost once I receive it back in my hands. I ship to the address provided by you when you place your order. Best to have a safe location for deliveries!! If a parcel shows as delivered to your address and yet you did not receive it... The first step, check with family & neighbors if it doesn't turn up call your local post office. The next step, you must file a mail theft claim with your post office and the police. ✨ I will help you with all of these situations to the best of my ability.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE the US

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Be aware that your own country's customs service may impose import fees, VAT taxes, tariffs, or duties at the time of delivery. Caring for your leather cuffs embellished with brass

I have treated all pieces with a micro wax to ward off tarnish. This will eventually wear down and you will begin to see some tarnish, as with all silver jewelry. If you would like them to remain shiny it's easy! A gentle wipe down using a soft cloth is the easiest way to care for your pieces. Of course, it is best not to get your piece wet. Do your best to not get any perfume, hairspray, etc on the leather or embellishment. A microfiber cloth works great. No chemicals to clean please.

Mirror shipping/ Signature required

All mirrors ship priority mail with a signature required. I do my best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. I do not charge a handling fee, for packing supplies, insurance, time or travel. Nor do I account for the percentage Etsy charges us sellers on our shipping, They get 5 % of what you pay me.

Cuffs are made from a super soft suede like leather. The dye may be lighter or darker depending on the size you choose.
*The 1.5-wide 9"-long cuffs that I have are dark gray. The 7" are lighter.
The two lengths, 7 and 9 inch each have two snap settings to adjust the fit.
My advice is, if you have a small wrist order the seven, if you have what you consider an average (7 to 8 1/2") or larger, order the nine.
*Wide cuffs fit differently than skinny cuff bracelets. wide cuffs fit more snugly. If you're unsure which size to order, simply measure your wrist with a tape measure.
