WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS ITEM?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. Washing instruction for an item will be in the listing description for that item listed.

Please refer to the size guide in each listing for help. Do not assume your size -- be sure to always go off the provided measurements. ▸ Take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for the shirt style ▸ Please note that all of our Shirts/Sweatshirts/Hoodies are Unisex size meaning they are not women’s fitted shirts and are a little bigger if you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest to size down, size up for a more oversized look. For men that are between sizes or prefers looser shirt, size up! IF A SALE STARTS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL YOU REFUND THE DIFFERENCE?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. CAN I GET A BULK DISCOUNT? DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I ORDER MORE? There are no bulk discounts. Each shirt requires the same amount of work, ink, product, and time. CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A SHIRT? IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE!

We do offer customization! We do not require a minimum purchase for customization at this time, so you can order as many as you would like! DO YOU SEND PHOTOS BEFORE YOU SHIP ITEMS? Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. If you desire a proof of color/name or other changes to a listing before purchase, please message us before ordering! If you are requesting an entirely new design that is not in the shop, please message us first to see if we can do so, you may be subject to a design fee.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS "MADE TO ORDER"?

All of the items in shop are made just for you! To help reduce waste, they are not printed until you personally order them. Once you place an order through Etsy, my printing team starts working on your item(s) fulfills and ships it straight to you when it's finished!

WHAT DOES YOUR PRODUCTION PARTNER DO?

I want all of my items to be the best quality they can be! For me to print these items in house would be lower quality, time consuming, and require expensive machinery. My production companies are experts at printing on apparel, tumblers, and other fun items. They print my items for me, while I can stay focused on designing and taking care of my awesome customers!

ARE YOUR SHIRTS SCREEN PRINT, VINYL OR DTG?

My production partner prints in a way called "Direct To Garment" or DTG. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment- allowing my designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! This method and quality is TOP KNOTCH! DTG does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly)

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED/LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN?

Holiday Shipping: Place your order by December 4th to ensure Christmas delivery NEW LIFE LOGO is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. Once a package is sent out, it has left our hands and are out of our control! We cannot be responsible for any issues through the Postal Service.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR ALTERATIONS AFTER DELIVERY?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. CAN I RETURN IT? We can only estimate delivery times. Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date. Once a package is sent to shipping it is out of our hands.
