This wooden spoon is calibrated to measure 1 1/2 tablespoons. This is a made to order item. Please check the message below on processing time. I use mine for a recipe that I make daily that calls for 1 1/2 tablespoons of Salt and Yeast. Many people use this size for a coffee scoop. I calibrate them by the weight of sugar that it holds. 20 grams is 1 1/2 tablespoons. The Apricot wood is from a tree that died in town. I love the colors in Apricot. It is one of the most beautiful woods in the world in my opinion.

Care is easy. Just wash with hot soapy water and towel dry. Don't put it in the dishwasher and don't leave it soaking for long periods in the sink. Apply some mineral oil every two weeks or some oil and beeswax mixed together. With proper care your spoon will look and feel good for many years.
