Dispatching and packaging

Your order will be made specifically for you and will be dispatched within 2-5 business days, maps rolled in a rigid tube / triangular box, and framed prints in a sturdy, protective and supportive box.

Shipping details and tracking

Standard shipping is done by priority registered mail from my print provider. Please note the estimated delivery time when you place the order. Those transit times are not guaranteed. Sometimes it may take longer, especially before Christmas and Easter. These possible delays are beyond my control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window or not at all, please let me know and I will follow up with the postage service and replace it or refund you. If the item(s) arrive damaged, you will be refunded or send a new one. (Check my reviews as I have done this a few times now due to damage caused by the postal service). A clear photo with the damaged item is necessary.

Returning an order is accepted. You must request it within 30 days from delivery and you will be responsible for postage costs. Once the package arrives back and the print is in good condition you will be refunded with you initial payment.
