Custom and personalised orders

Although customisation is not guaranteed depending on the size required, I am very happy to talk about custom sizing for print orders. A surcharge for one-off orders may apply.

What is the quality of your artwork like?

I have all of my artwork printed locally on minimum 300gsm art paper stock, ensuring a beautiful finish on thick, quality paper.

How will my order be sent?

Please select either tracked or standard shipping from the drop-down menu. Please note that I always recommend tracked services for international post. A3 prints are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes. A5s and A4s are sent in flat card-backed envelopes with extra cardboard reinforcement for protection.

Can you provide / advise on the frames used in your product images?

All artwork is sent unframed, and I am unable to make exceptions for this. I receive a lot of requests for advice on framing, but it is not always possible for me to tailor this to international customers. Please see the dimensions listed in the product pages and use these to help you shop for a suitable frame. If adding a mount, please make sure the inside aperture matches the dimensions of the print itself, and buy a frame that will accommodate the outer edges of the mount.

Do you ship to Germany?

Not at present. I am not registered with the German Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) although this may change in the future. Unfortunately any orders bound for Germany will be cancelled at this time.
