Do you offer refunds?

We provide refunds only in cases where there is an issue with the item itself. If this happens, please reach out to us with photos of the problem within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order, we are unable to process cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly but please note that we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.

My order didn't arrive on time. Am I able to return it?

At times, transit delays may occur with all our shipping carriers, especially during the holiday season. While tracking may provide an estimated delivery date, we cannot assure deliveries by specific dates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund or cancel orders that do not arrive on time. Rest assured, we will process your order promptly, but shipping is beyond our control. Please note that we do not accept returns due to shipping delays.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
