Once an item's tracking number appears as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered and you didn't receive it, please contact your local postal service (USPS) for information regarding your item's location or to file a claim. We also suggest waiting a few days after it shows delivered or reaching out to neighbors. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to use incorrectly and we don't refund for items that are returned to sender. We do, however, offer to reship the item at the customer's expense for shipping costs. If an item is lost in transit, we do replace the items for our customers. An item is NOT considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement

Refund, Exchange, Order Cancellations and Defective Items

All of our products are custom made to order. We allow cancellation within one hour after placing an order. After one hour, we are unable to cancel orders because the blank item is immediately ordered from the manufacturer and sent into production. Because all items are made to order, we do not keep any inventory so therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size. If there is a problem with product you received, please contact within 30 days of your order, letting us know of the issue and also include a photo of the entire product, showing us the issue
