10+ Rubykins Willow 9" - 10" Living
Cuttings Unrooted Salix Koriyanagi 'Rubykins'
Like all willows, Rubykins is a beautiful plant for your landscaping. However, it is also a highly sought after source for basketry rods & building living structures.
The rods are straight & fairly uniform in size. They are mostly green and have very early catkins.
Each order will receive ten cuttings 9" -10" in length with a healthy diameter. (I always add a couple
extra!)
These are living cuttings harvested from healthy bushes grown on my fully licensed,
pesticide-free farm. A copy of my nursery license will be included with shipment
***When I mail cuttings, they're alive, but dormant. I wrap the bottom ends in wet
newspaper & cover this with plastic wrap to keep them damp. If they dry out, they'll die.
Some people like to wake them up & start rooting them in water before planting, but
this isn't necessary and not recommended. You can keep them in your refrigerator to keep them dormant, but keep the bottom ends damp until planting time.
When you're ready to plant (early spring) give the bottom end a fresh cut first. Water
often (daily). The willow will grow very quickly!
Shipping will be with USPS Mail.
Legally, I can't ship living plant material to the following states:

If I receive an order with shipping to these states, the order will be cancelled & any

Exactly as described. Packaged very well. Quality cuts.
Nice thick cuttings! Thanks for the extras!
These cuttings arrived in great condition, even in spite of postal service shipping delays due to winter storm Blair. I would love to have a complete list of the possible varieties that are in the grab bag so I can try to ID my cuttings as they grow. These are going to be woven into a living privacy screen. Fingers crossed all goes well! Thanks again
