All purchases will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is cleared. I will notify you when the order was shipped through the 'conversation' system on Etsy.
The shipping price quoted in the product listing is by priority mail for international and European orders. Registered mail and delivery confirmation are included in the shipping fee for all orders over 150 US dollars.
International shipping takes 6-10 days and European shipping takes 2-5 days. International orders might take longer to arrive depending on your country customs. You will be responsible for any and all duties or taxes, in case this is applicable in your country.
If you would like your order to be upgraded to express shipping, please contact me prior to your purchase and I will make a custom listing with the upgraded shipping charges applied.
Please ensure that your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you want your purchase to be shipped to another address, as a gift for example, please let me know the address for the recipient via 'message to seller' when checking out. If you want to include a greeting card, free of charge, let me know and I will gladly take care of it for you.
A jewellery certificate will accompany all items in 18k gold.
Each item will be nestled in a pouch perfect for gift giving. Some jewellery will be packaged in a Bellallure pouch which is made of 100% silk and it is hand block printed. All orders will be bubble-wrapped for protection.

Please read each item description carefully as jewellery has been photographed close-up and may appear larger in pictures than it does in person. Take a moment to read descriptions, determine lengths/widths and approximate sizes. I strive to portray the colours of my jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours might vary with individual monitors.
I can guarantee you that the Bellallure items look better in person than on the pictures. Very often the camera cannot properly depict the brightness of the stones shown on the pictures. In person, you will be delighted with the glow of the stones. Especially, as you move around while wearing them.

Although most of my listings are listed as '1 quantity', I can accommodate larger quantity orders.
