• Payment: depending on dress price, payment in 2-4 installments is available. We offer discounts for early booking: 12 months - 5%; 18 months - 10%;

Please inform us if you have any diverging from standard size parameter so that we are able to find the best solution for you.
All dresses are made in our studio. You shouldn’t have to wait, if the dress with right size is available, we will ship it immediately.

• Individual reworkings and alterations: the price and turnaround time of a dress with individual reworking or alteration is determined by client consultations during the pre-sewing stage.

• Sewing turnarounds: typically, 2 to 20 weeks, however shorter terms may be available, with a turnaround of 5-10 days.

• Shipping terms: express 3-5 days, standard 9-15 days.

Ready to Wear is dresses with the discount only, usually – sample sale. All other dresses are made to order.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days starting from the day of your garment receipt. You should contact our team to arrange the return of your item. Once confirmed, you must send your item within 7 days from delivery date.

Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place.

Please reply to our order confirmation and provide with all the accurate measurements during the next 7 days. In case requirements mentioned above are not done, after seven days of a waiting period we will start sewing your order based on a standard size.

Fabric shades and patterns.

The color component of the tissues always remains unchanged. We will use exactly the shades that you see in the listing and which are agreed with you.
Colors may vary only due to ambient lighting, and the quality of photos.

The lace patterns may vary slightly if the manufacturer has replaced the lineup. Especially often, this applies to previous collections. In this case, We will use the most suitable laces without warning.

As your dress is made exclusively and only for you or according to your individual measurements, or the standard size that you have chosen for yourself, to your size range and height, we can offer cancellation during the production process(not return) only with minus of 50% from the cost of the dress.

All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact with our team within
