❁ Color Discrepancies ❁
We would like to bring to your attention an important aspect of online shopping related to color representation. Please be aware that the colors on the final printed product may exhibit slight variations from what you see on your screen. This can be attributed to individual monitor settings, and the actual printed colors may differ due to factors beyond our control.
We strive to provide accurate representations of our products in our store, but it's essential to understand that variations may occur. To ensure the closest match possible, we recommend referring to any provided color descriptions or samples available on our site.

❁ Golden/silver colors ❁
Any gold or silver colors visible on the screen will be printed in yellow, brown or gray tones without metallic or shiny effect.

❁ Taxes and customs duties ❁
We want to bring to your attention an important aspect related to potential additional charges during the shipment of your order.
Please be advised that our store is not responsible for any extra taxes or customs duties that may arise during the shipping process. Additional fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It's important to be aware of the customs regulations and taxation policies in your country, as they vary from one location to another. Any charges imposed by customs authorities or tax agencies are beyond our control and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Customs may charge a tax in countries like Canada, United States, United Kingdom or Australia. I advise to check the tax situation in your country before making a purchase. Unfortunately this is out of my control.
IMPORTANT: In case of United States, a customs tax processing fee (US$17) + customs tax 20% of the order value will be charged during shipping.
