How do I download my purchased template?

After purchase, you will find all of your digital purchases in your Etsy profile under “Purchases.” Click the arrow next to to the purchase, then click on “Download Files.” This link will lead you to a PDF that contains links to your templates on Canva.com. Save this PDF to your computer and click on the corresponding links to your template on Canva. Etsy will also send you an email with the PDF attached.

Can I reset my purchases template?

Yes! Just access the original PDF you saved with the links to the template on Canva, and click on the template links again. You should then access the original template.

Does my access to my purchased template expire?

No. Access to the template does not expire. After downloading, you will have access to the template forever.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No! All of my templates are designed with free elements, allowing anyone with a free Canva account to access and edit. Occasionally, after designing, Canva may move some of their elements from free to pro. If this happens, let me know and I will replace them with free elements so the templates can be accessed with a free account.
