Biliana was so wonderful in creating/blending two of her designs into our perfect wedding glasses! We plan to use them for every anniversary to come and we are so excited to show off her creations at our upcoming wedding!! She was super quick to respond to all of my questions, gave her input/shared her vision, and made our designs within 2 days of the order, they were very carefully packed and shipped all the way from Bulgaria! I absolutely loved the glasses! They were a gift for my in laws and they love them too. Stylish and hold up very well. Plus wine looks gorgeous through them. I ordered them within two weeks of Christmas and they arrived on time. I was very impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. Although my first delivery came broken (due to whom ever delivered it) I still give it 5 stars!! The seller was so nice responding automatically to my emails AND I got my second delivery extremely fast and it looks awesome!!! We loved it!! Very unique :)
