*General terms and conditions of business*

§ 1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via this site.
The range of goods is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§ 2 Contract language

§ 3 Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability law applies. As a buyer, you are asked to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to report any complaints as quickly as possible. If you do not comply with this, this will have no effect on your statutory warranty claims.

§ 4 Liability
The seller is not liable for damage caused by him, his legal representative or vicarious agent through simple negligence. This applies regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim, in particular due to delay, other breach of duty or unlawful act. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations.

§ 5 Retention of title
The goods will be retained until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 6 Conclusion of contract
Subsidiary agreements, changes and additions to a contract should be agreed in writing.
The designations and specifications specified when the contract was concluded represent the technical status at that time. The seller expressly reserves the right to make design changes for deliveries within the scope of this contract, provided that these changes are not of a fundamental nature and the contractual purpose is not significantly restricted.
The seller reserves the right to reject processing orders if the content provided by the customer violates legal or official prohibitions or morality. This applies in particular to the provision of unconstitutional, racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, offensive, youth-endangering and/or violence-glorifying content.

§ 7 Payment methods
Basically, the following payment methods are available to you:
- Credit card
- Debit/Bank card
- Etsy vouchers and Etsy credits
- PayPal
-Apple Pay.
- Google Pay.
- Klarna invoice
- Immediately

When paying using a payment method offered via the payment service "Etsy Payments", payment is processed via Etsy Ireland UC, 66/67 Great Strand Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (hereinafter "Etsy UC") or - if payment is made in US currencies - Dollars or Canadian dollars - through which Etsy Inc., 117 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, United States of America (hereinafter "Etsy Inc."). Etsy UC or Etsy Inc. allows the customer to use various payment methods as part of payment processing via Etsy Payments. Etsy UC or Etsy Inc. may use third-party payment services to process payments. The specific payment method(s) available for the respective goods will be displayed to the customer in the seller's respective offer or as part of the order processing. § 8 Prices
According to Section 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged.
Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices stated are total prices.
In addition to the stated product prices, there are shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs can be found on the item pages.

§ 9 Delivery and shipping conditions
Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days (working days include Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the processing time of 3 to 5 working days. If the end of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day. The approximate delivery time is stated on the respective item pages. The shipping methods and delivery times stated in the shop apply. Other shipping methods at the customer's request are not possible.
Goods will be delivered via shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing on Etsy is decisive.
A delivery to a packing station is possible. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

§ 10 Issuance of invoices
According to Section 14 Paragraph 2 No. 2 UStG, there is no obligation on the part of the seller to issue an invoice to the buyer (consumer) upon conclusion of the contract. The invoice will therefore not be sent in paper form unless the customer expressly requests this when purchasing the goods.

§ 11 Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the Internet at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

*Right of withdrawal*
§ 1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Bauer, Blumenstraße 4, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, email: sazzynailz.de@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (made-to-measure, personalization). As well as contracts for the delivery of goods that are excluded from exchange and right of return for hygienic reasons.
