These sounds were first thought to have been used in Gregorian chants and are specific healing tones that resonate with our body to bring about healing and positive shifts in a physical, mental and spiritual way.
Each frequency holds its own healing benefit and are best listened to either through headphones or as background music at a lower to moderate volume level. Listening for just a 15 minutes a day is believed to help balance our energy and keep us in harmony and they are an excellent addition to meditation or healing sessions.
This chart lists the seven healing tones which are linked to the chakra system plus an addition three more modern tones of 174Hz and 285Hz which help with security, comfort and deep healing within the body, and 432Hz which connects us with nature.

Printed onto textured 300 gsm card.

Each print can be turned depending on which frequency you are looking at. It can also be used as a dowsing chart to find out which tone you are most in need of.

A short explanation of Solfeggio is printed on the reverse of the print.
