What size should I order?

Please see the product fit guide under the item description, which is based on a standard shoe fit. All of our women's shoes have a medium width; most of them fit true to size or slightly larger. If you are between sizes, we recommend that you order a half size up for boots and a half size down for shoes.

My feet are wide/narrow. Can you customize the shoes for me?

At this moment, we do not offer wide or narrow width shoes. All of our shoes are regular medium width. However, we can make shoes' upper slightly wider for you, just add a note to your order.

Can I wear insoles with your shoes? Is there an arch support in your shoes?

We have some clients who wear our shoes with orthotics. However, the shoes' footbed is designed like traditional dress shoes - padded only at the heel, with no arch support. Please note: insoles are not removable.

My shoes are a bit snug/loose. What should I do?

Because we use full-grain leather, our custom shoes may feel snug at first but will stretch to your feet with a few wears. If you're unsure whether to exchange your shoes for a smaller size, we recommend first trying them with insoles. If they still feel loose, it's best to size down. However, if the fit with insoles is comfortable, switching to a smaller size may result in a fit that's too snug.

How do I set-up a return/exchange? Will you send me a shipping label?

We offer a 45-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For U.S. orders, we can provide a return label upon request; however, a USD 8 return fee will be deducted from your refund. To start your return/exchange, please drop us a message.

I am in the EU. Will I be charged taxes?

Yes. For orders under €150, VAT will be collected at checkout by Etsy in accordance with EU regulations. However, please note that local customs authorities may still charge additional import duties or handling fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by us or Etsy. For orders above €150: VAT and any applicable import duties or customs fees are usually paid by the buyer upon delivery according to their country’s regulations. Etsy does not collect VAT on these orders at checkout. Please be aware that additional charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

I'm in the US. Will I be charged taxes?

No, you won’t be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery. All applicable taxes and import duties are prepaid by us and shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so the price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

I never received my parcel, althougth the local post office is saying that the parcel has been delivered. What should I do?

If nobody is home when a courier tries to deliver a parcel, sometimes they leave it with your neighbours. Please contact the customer service agent of your local post office requesting the name of the person who signed for the delivery. If you believe that your parcel was lost, please contact our customer support team.

I've just placed my order and realised that the address/size/customization is incorrect. What should I do?

If you placed your order less than 24 hours ago, please contact our Customer Care team asap and we’ll update your order.

Could you ask a courier to leave my parcel at the door if nobody is at home?

All international parcels usually require a signature. If you missed the delivery, please call your local post office or track your parcel online to schedule redelivery.

Love these shoes ! I was going to design my own but the denim was not available so after playing around with their design tool I really wanted the denim so ordered these that were advertised and I’m very happy I did . My next pair will be another style of Oxford as they have several to choose from but I am Jean obsessed and have so many i thought I would get this pair . They took about 3 weeks which I anticipated . I bought the 8.5 which is my regular size and they looked small and I was worried they would be too small but because the toe is wider they fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot, if you are an 8.5 with wider foot they may be tight . Wore them for a couple of hours very cozy. The price point is amazing for the quality of shoe I am impressed.

I am in LOVE with these shoes!! I thought they were beautiful in the pictures but they are an absolute work of art in person. Choose the standard or custom like I did. Not only are they gorgeous but they’re also SO comfy!! Because I chose to do a custom style, Julia communicated quickly to be sure everything was just right. They arrived MUCH quicker than I expected especially considering I ordered during the holidays. I will be ordering again!!!
