Windflower 'Honorine Jobert’ -Large Pure White flowers with yellow stamens late on the season - Anemone Perennial-Attracts Pollinators - Fall Garden

‘Honorine Jobert’ produces masses of single, 2-3” wide, pure white flowers with a cluster of bright yellow stamens in the center of each blossom. These gorgeous flowers are held in an upright, perfect proportional habit to the lush mound of green foliage. The dark green leaves are deeply lobed and cut much like a maple leaf and take on a bronze cast in fall. In late summer-early fall, the beautiful multi-branched strong wiry stems appear holding the breathtaking Windflowers and continue to bloom well into early winter until a hard frost. In the south, flowers continue to December depending on weather. This clump forming perennial slowly spreads underground by rhizomes but is not invasive and will not set seed. This hardy pollinator friendly perennial is a perfect companion to other fall interest plants, watching them sway in the breeze brings a feeling of calm and peace to the garden. Since they are a bit late to rise in the spring, they make an ideal cover for the dying foliage of spring bulbs.

For Best Results, grow Anemone in Full ☀️to part ☀️ part shade in well drained soil and it will take a wide range of poor and dry conditions.
