What size fabric and hoop do I need?

You can find my recommended aida fabric ct and hoop size in each product description under the ♥Design♥ heading. You can use something different, and there are websites that can help you calculate the best hoop size depending on the pattern and fabric. If you still need help, message me!

What colors should I buy?

On the last page of each pattern PDF I list the DMC colors used. Each DMC floss color corresponds to a number, and you can buy them in most craft stores. The number of colors used in each pattern can be found in the item description under the ♥Design♥ heading.

I have no idea how to cross stitch but I want to learn!

Awesome! Most of my patterns are beginner friendly and only use one type of stitch (cross stitch). I would recommend picking a pattern for a 7 inch hoop and less than 20 colors to keep it simple. Once you learn how to make one stitch, you are good to go and can just keep repeating! There are tons of youtube tutorials and I am happy to answer any questions!

Great pattern, took me a long time to finish (Ignore mistakes, those are my fault.) My only complaint is I think some of the colors don't read well on the finished piece, like on the asexual frog, you can barely see the face unless light is hitting it. I also didn't notice until I finished but the asexual and trans frogs have kind of a sad expression while all the other frogs are happy. Those are all things that someone could tweak on the pattern as they create it if it might bother them- so I would say just lay out all your colors and review the pattern before you start. Other than those minor things, I love the end result (even with the mistake I made on the middle frog 😅). Super cute!
