How to download your purchased files from Etsy

Right after purchasing your files you’ll see a screen with an option to download your files (usually on the right side of your screen). You can also wait a few minutes for a confirmation email from Etsy (you may need to look in your junk or spam email folder). Open that email and click on the download link. At this moment, Etsy does not allow downloads from the Etsy app, so you'll need to do so from a browser. What is the name of that font?

I am so sorry, but I don't share the names of fonts I use in my designs. I spend many many hours finding the right fonts to make the designs look just the way I want them, so giving away the name of the font(s) I use would be like giving away part of the design. I really hope you can understand and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Technical Requirements & Support

I’m more than happy to answer simple questions about your order and files, but I am unable to provide individual software tutorials. Basic computer and internet knowledge is required to use downloaded digital files. This includes skills like downloading files, opening ZIP folders, and having basic knowledge of programs such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Glowforge Print, or whatever software you plan to use.

Will I be able to print white designs?

Most home printers can’t print white ink, so PNG designs that include white areas (or are fully white) won’t show when printed. These files are intended for printers with white-ink capability such as DTF, DTG, or specialty white-toner printers. If you’re using a regular printer, please print a colored version of the design (if available) or consider ordering a custom transfer from an Etsy seller using the file you purchased from my shop.

Do you offer custom edits or personalized changes to the designs?

All of the designs in my shop are sold as is, and the prices reflect that each digital item is created to appeal to many customers. Custom jobs or modifications to a design, on the other hand, are usually sold only once and require additional time for communication, revisions, and design adjustments. For that reason, on the rare occasions when I’m able to take on a custom request, it will almost always require an additional fee. If you’d like to ask about a customized version, feel free to message me with the details. I can let you know whether it’s something I’m able to take on and provide a price estimate before any work begins. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I Request a Specific Design?
